Client Relations Administrator
Based in Mayfair, London we have a vacancy for a Client Relations Administrator. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as an Administrator in a legal or financial environment. The candidate must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of legal or financial administration and have experience of working with a high profile client base.
The position reports to a Senior Manager and in some cases, directly to a member of the Executive Board and a founding partner of the Group. Together with their support the candidate will be in charge of a portfolio of clients and thereafter, assist in developing the business.

Qualifications
A degree in Economics, Finance, Law or professional equivalent is preferable
Essential Knowledge/Experience/Attributes
- Approx. 2-3 years work experience preferably in an international environment or in a lawyer/accountant firm
- Good commercial sense and business acumen
- Open minded and flexible
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to form lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong work ethic, willing to work long hours
- Ability to profitably collaborate with the partners in both operational and representative activities
- Strong communication and organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise
- Enthusiasm to learn and gain a full understanding of the allocated portfolio of clients
- Must be resident in the UK and/or have had considerable UK professional work experience
- Understanding of local and international regulatory framework
- Fluent in English as mother tongue, with an additional European language
Salary will be dependant on experience.
